•  Consults start at $225 and can go up.
•  Pano is $175.
• We do collect a $50 fee at time of consult. This fee goes toward the consult fee/charge.
•  If OON with patients insurance, fees will be collected up front and will file for possible OON coverage/reimbursement.
•  Care Credit is the only offered payment plan with 12 months interest free promo.
•  No in house payment plans are offered.
•  Quotes for services are not given over the phone.
• Insurance takes 4 days to be verified.
• Surgical appointment cancellations: If cancelling within 48 hours of the appointment, these calls must be transferred to the office. Do NOT discuss any fees!

Surgery Payments

GA/IV/OS/Nitrous/LA – Payment must be made 48 business hours prior to surgery.

GA/IV w/Anesthesiologist - Payment must be made 1 week prior to surgery.
