Request Details: 

Dr. Torres scheduling changes will be blocked onto his days by his treatment coordinator. Pediatric patients ONLY may be scheduled at 7:30AM if needed. No other patient types in

that slot without approval.

Surgeries should be scheduled for 60 minutes

Consult with same day surgery should be scheduled for 90 minutes Consults are 30 minutes

Post ops are 10 minutes

Same day consult -r surgery may be double booked with a surgery. 2 double booked post ops may be scheduled alongside a surgery.

The template will reflect surgeries- one per hour between 8am -1pm Consults may be scheduled beginning at 12pm

2 post ops per hour may be scheduled alongside surgeries between 8am-1pm.
